Everywhere only protest, criticism and negative talking
In Nepal, now a day we can see everywhere only protest and criticism. When we switch on the radio, TV or FM and read news paper we can only heard the news of protesting, criticism and negative opinion, what is this? Why people are so fascinating to involving protesting and criticize others? When one leader is delivering speech to their supporters in masses, the speech would be only to criticize opposition or other leaders or may be their own colleague. There will not be speech about the concrete idea of uplifting poor people, providing good education and health and creating economic opportunity to all. They just talk about the issues but they don't present the concrete idea to the solution of Nepali people. I really wonder why people go to listen their leader’s speech where they don't offer anything except pouring anger over their opposition or government. Anyone can feel the current environment of Nepal, everywhere talking negative or criticizing others and protest in the street. Can we move forward with such an environment? Why we people only think negative and criticize. It is true that nothing is ideal in this world, so why we only see the weak part? Why don't we just see the good aspects and move forward to solve our problems. Why people in Nepal have so much negative syndrome about everything? It is really bad to promote negative thinking, it is just worthless and we should always have positive thinking. I am not only blaming political leaders but most of people, our society and people of different walk of life, all have negative thinking or criticism or protesting. I am just writing this article to tell Nepali folks that we should always keep positive thinking. We should not criticize others just citing his/her only weakness. No one is perfect in this world. We need collective thinking, collective effort and mutual cooperation to move forward that is the best way to solve all our problems. Only criticizing others or protesting is just worthless and it does nothing except losing our strength. So, I urged all political leaders and Nepali people that just quit the habit of negative thinking, negative talking or criticizing others and just only talk about good things in life.

Future in political turmoil
Nepal is always victim by bad politics and political activities. Still, we cannot pass through the difficult stage of politics but this is only the cause of political parties and their leaders. Most of the leaders see their future in the turmoil and anarchy, which is the main problem. Maoist, UML and Congress, they all are only talking about how to make their hand up and prevail their role in the turmoil. These leaders want to keep political chaos and differences to play the role actively. There is one Nepali saying ‘Dhamilo pani ma machha marnu’. Our so called leaders are pursuing the same. They want to follow politics with criticizing others, provoking their stupid cadres , provoking illiterate folks, adopting the politics of ethics and caste , and divide country by religiously , ethics and political ideology. That is the cancer of Nepal and Nepali, why our folks don’t understand this fact. Some so called civil society is also responsible by supporting political parties and deceiving in the eye of common Nepali. I doubt those so called civil society are also benefiting from political parties. Political parties are creating new problems, they are always creating environment of problems and uncertainty, so they can follow their politics as per their interest deceiving in the eye of common Nepali. This is the strategy of current political leaders. Maoists are the most cleaver player in terms of creating turmoil and follow their politics. We Nepali saw most of the political powers capability while they were in government. King, Congress, UML and now Maoist, we saw their capability while they were in government, what they did so Nepal and Nepali can find a solution. Instead of solving our problem, they only create the problems. We Nepali should think now and intelligent, patriotic and visionary people of the country now should form a political party that can challenge to those politician who are following politics of ‘Dhamilo pani ma machha marne’. Nepal and Nepali people need economic development and opportunities and ending the anarchy. That would be the solution of all the problems. If we could help poor Nepali then nobody can do the politics in the name of ethics and caste. The only solution of Nepali people’s problem is economic development and opportunities. Why current leaders don’t understand this fact? I wish coming days will be better and every Nepali who lives in abroad can return back their motherland and serve our land.

First changed yourself and that would be beginning of change !!
After political movement 2063 in Nepal, leaders are mostly talking about change in state system, government, social, economical, personal thinking and behavior etc. I agree that change is quite necessary to the poor and traditional nation like Nepal. We need change there is no doubt. But how the change can begin replacing the existing one? It is a question to our leaders and their blind followers. Now most of the political parties are criticizing and blame other parties and only blame opposite party not ready to accept the change in all aspect of country. But the one thing I don’t understand that our leaders and their blind follower s are only talking change and revolution but why they don’t understand that first you need to change yourself , your behavior , your thinking , your way of life and life style etc. If they do not change themselves why they are asking only opposition to be changed?
Now Most of leaders have good life style and they don’t have any economic problem in their homes. They are riding a expensive cars and live a good house. They have good office building and they discuss their political matters and party work in a facilitated building and these leaders are talking about changing life style like living in a normal life, habit to use bicycle to save expenses, working in the field by educated people, keep public places, road, and nearby home clean and not to throw any dirty stuff outside etc. We Nepali people only see the bad of other and expect others to be changed but we don’t change ourselves. Most of the people don’t accept their mistakes and their weakness. First we need to change ourselves that is the beginning to bring change and make revolution in the society and ultimately in the country.
Most of the political parties cadres and local level leaders, they only spend time talking political matters and their party activities. Why they don’t go to work in the field and lead the whole villagers to increase the production by investing labors and hard work. Why our political parties don’t understand, they are making their cadres and leaders like a parasite. I mean so much depended. They only depend on their party and their government. Why they don’t go to product themselves and help the society. So, change can begin if big political parties’ leaders and cadres change themselves.
I want to show one example of President of Iran Mohamed Ahmedinejad and president of Bolivia, Evo Morales. These leaders born and grew up in the simple working class family with normal life same like our Nepalese leaders born and grew up. But these leaders have always simple way of life, they don’t show only gain cheap popularity after elected president even before elected president they were simple and they had simple life style. We see their wearing, they always appear with simple dress up and I heard the news that current president of Iran live in simple home with simple furniture. This is a one of the impressive thing for me, I may not close the idea of those leaders but it is a good quality of leadership to lead the poor and developing country.
Indian most of the top leaders they ride a car which is made in India and not expensive one too. Now it is a political culture in India and identification of leaders too. It is a positive thing and pride for their nation. Still in Nepal our leaders own a very expensive car. And they blame each other to use such a expensive car .In fact most of your leaders not only top leadership but smaller leaders they have expensive car and its common there. Why they don’t change first themselves first instead of blaming other. Nepal doesn’t have any car making company but they should establish at least for using top leadership and top government officials. It can be a message and change for people.
Our most of the leaders are talking about control corruption and wrong doing in government and parties. People have doubt about fairness of our leaders and do not believe them because they can’t show honesty in terms of financial matters. Here, most of our leaders blame opposition to be corrupted and wrong doing. It’s ridiculous to me they say themselves that they were fair and did not commit any financial wrong doing. It’s okay but where is the result if they did not do any fraud and wrong doing, we people should get good result in terms of economic development and infrastructure development.
My main concern here to write this article is that first we should change ourselves and other person may follow that same and that way we can go forward to bring change. If we only blame and criticize other and expect others to be changed not themselves first then it would be ridiculous. It would be worthless to talking about change. First be a good person yourself and don’t do any wrong doing and only work for good then that would be one step to bring change in country and society.

Brainwash supporter
I am very worry about the situation of my country. Everyone wants a peaceful Nepal. Current symptom shows that Nepal can be a country like Somalia. Somalia is a fail state since two decades. There is no any strong central government since more than 20 years. There are many militant organizations and they are fighting each other to be stronger that is the main problem of Somalia and most of Somali have to living abroad as a refugee. It is happening due to brainwash of people by militant organizations. Those militant organizations brainwash some illiterate, less educated young and adult people and asked to join their organizations as fighter, as a cadres, or supporter to become stronger organization and fighting with other organizations to capture the whole nation or part of nations. This is the scenario of Somalia. Now I can see the same path going and I just think the Nepal can heading towards to become the same like Somalia. Because, in the name of rights of janajati, dalit or madhesi, some political parties or organizations are forming a youth team and making brainwash them and invoke them against others in a society. Nepal is largely mixed society. It is a country of minority. Diversity is our identification and pride. But some stupid and selfish leaders are doing politics to establish themselves as a strong leader and they are doing politics to derail our social harmony and destroying the principle of unity in diversity. Some so called regional parties or so called rights organization to janajati , they are forming their own military wings making brainwash some young people to leading our country towards civil war same like Somalia.
Adolf Hitler brainwash most of the Germany people during his time. Most of the people became his strong supporter and what happened after that? Everyone can imagine the horrible situation at that time. How many people killed? I just asked Nepali people to read the history and just imagine. So, main concern is that if political parties or leaders or any other organizations brainwash people offering sweet words and offer something in their pain the ill political or any other motive, which might lead the country in civil war. That’s why I am worry in where we most of poor Nepali getting brainwash by political parties and creating conflicts in the country.
In Nepal, at least Maoist and other political parties most sincere this facts. They should do politics for peace and development. Now, we all should defend against forming any kind of military or so called youth wings of political parties. That might lead our country in conflicts and ultimately civil war. I urged all the leaders to only give speech to their supporter how to uplift them from poverty, illiteracy and hunger etc. They should not give speech to provoke them and creates chaos. Everyone should quit the idea of dividing country in the name of janajati, dalit or this and that. One thing is that we all are Nepali whatever the caste is or religion is.
We support any political parties or organization based on their programs and idea to develop the country. We should not stick only one political party or idea and we should not follow whatever they said. We should judge what actually they mean. Flexibility and openness is very important to be a true democratic country. Brainwash is deadly for the nation. Let’s hope, many Nepali young people will not get brainwash and only go ahead with do or die for their party or organization. That’s not good for themselves and whole country.

Welcome 2066!! I Wish….
First of all I wish happy New Year 2066 to all Nepali people. I really miss celebrating New Year with my family with good mood, and good food that is would be the environment of my home in new year . I really hope this New Year will be the milestone for our troubled country Nepal. In Nepal, We are in the process of drafting new constitutions and for that we need a strong leadership with mutual understanding and cooperation with all the political power and organizations. I hope this year we will get new constitution as per the people aspiration and need of the country and Nepal will again head with the path of development and prosperity by forgetting all the past bitter. I wish new year will bring new message and feeling among all Nepali that we are only and truly Nepali wherever we live, whatever caste or ethnics group we are, whatever language we speak and we Nepali should not divide just because of political ideology, caste, language and race, we should keep in mind that this is a 21st century, this is the era of peace, love, equality, development and justice. I wish New Year 2066 will completely remove the 20 hour horrible load shedding which is shame for all Nepali. Even after ending Maoist violence some 3 years ago, Nepali people are still feeling insecure and killings, looting, kidnapping and threaten to common people is prevailing that is too sad for us. I wish New Year will give some kind of message and wisdom to our political leadership. Because of bad political leadership, we Nepali could not go forward with a good sprite and strong commitment for the nation building. We Nepali need god vision and strong commitment for purpose of nation building. We need good education that is need of an hour and we need infrastructure for economic development. We Nepali should leave the bad political culture and we should quit completely participating political rally and running behind bad politician. We Nepali should always love our motherland, it does not matter where we live but we should do whatever we can for the nation.
Everything is good in Nepal except politics, political leaders and few people, administrators who always in the surrounding of these bad politician for their ill motive. That is the major hindrance of Nepal. We Nepali got complete sovereignty from King but we never get escape from bad politician and their government. I wish New year will give wisdom to all of us that we will not go again to these bad politician and we all Nepali should feel that only political leaders and government cannot develop the country. We all Nepali go forward ourselves with the aspiration of development and good result of the country. We should not depend and believe that political leaders are major driver of the country, No No!!!That’s not right; we people are more responsible and can do really something with a truly good objective. Political leaders have always have interest and it is not true they have always capability to handle the development project.
I wish New Year will give us wisdom and capability that we will quit and leave all the bad culture that is prevailing in our country and society. We Nepali are recognizing as a brave people because of our history, that is so proud history. In 21st century, I hope Nepali people should recognize as laborious people, peace loving and helpful people that should be the identity.
I wish New Year will give us wisdom and capability, that we will overcome all the indiscipline and abiding rule and regulation character in the society. Discipline and following rule of law and regulation is need of an hour in the country. Everywhere there is chaos and lack of unity, I wish New Year will bring some kind of message to unite all Nepali.
At last I wish happy New Year again to all of us. We should keep in mind always, we can develop our country but we should follow action only, Not only talking and offering sweet words. I believe action speak louder than voice.

My view about the new constitution in Nepal, whatever I know or I assume.
Constitution is a prime law of the state where all the political, judicial, executive, federal authority, rights, rules and regulations as well all the necessary laws needed to run the everyday function of country is included in the constitutions. So, it is very important for the country and its people. It is a backbone for a democratic and lawful state.
Now, Nepal is in the process of drafting new constitution through the constituent assembly that was elected by people in 2008 April. It’s really a good idea and democratic process. But since 1 year after CA election, there is no one line of constitution is written yet. It’s sad to say that. Constituent Assembly even doesn’t present the structure of constitution yet and there are so much speculation, argument, differences and debate for the drafting new constitutions. Nepal is already declared Republic and there is no more king rule and kingship. Most of the political parties have decided to go for federalism. Still, there are so many differences about how the federal state is divided. Some factions are saying state should be identified and designed based on the ethnic and language of the particular region and some factions are saying to design based on geography and economic potentiality etc. There are so many option comes out regarding government system like presidential system or prime ministerial system to govern the nation.
Nepal is a largely mix society. I don’t see there is any region or place in Nepal where only a single ethnic group or language is dominant or in majority. Actually, Nepal is a country of minority. There are so many ethnics, languages and religious people but no single ethnic group is in majority. So, it is not a good idea to divide the country only based on ethnic people and language. It may create problem and division among the people and might bring conflicts. Everyone should keep in mind that this is 21st century and nobody can rule and to be ruled in the country and society. I don’t understand why our leaders and their followers are becoming foolish and they are thinking such a way which is not practical and not appropriate for nation as well. There are so many languages like around 100 languages. But Nepali language is very common, it is the fact. Everybody speaks Nepali. If everybody speaks Nepali in Nepal then it is very good for nation, what’s wrong. It is true that we should preserve other language, culture because Nepal is a diverse country by its people, culture and language. Diversity is our strength and beautiful ornaments of the country. Why this facts don’t understand by people. Nepal is very small country by area and even by population too. This is really a beautiful country with varieties of landscape, mountains, and climate and its scenic beauty. We can develop Nepal as a heaven. For this we people should not only divided and stop just because of ethnic, language, caste and religion. We should be open mind and help each other to develop our country. Our main problem is poverty, unemployment, lack of education and poor infrastructure; we should unite and fight against all the things that is quite important. Only drafting constitution, and dividing country by caste, ethnic and languages cannot solve the problem, it’s just a political system and division of country by caste and ethnic bases can be harmful and it may brings new kind of conflicts in the society. I don’t have any objection to go federalism but I assume that Nepal can be developed without federalism too. Now, the debate of federalism is so high, there is so many differences among people and Nepal can be deadlock due to the only debate and fight for these things. It would be very bad this time if country cannot go ahead.
In my view, there should a both president and prime minister to lead the government with the concept of power separation. President should be directly elected by people and prime minister should be elected by parliament. President should have rights to see the foreign policy, head of state, army supreme commander, major economic policy, passing bills or rejecting, decide major issue like treaty etc. and prime minister should have rights to lead the government’s administrative job, formulate plan and implement, run development project etc. Such power separation can help t lead the country with good leadership. Both Prime Minister and President cannot dissolve the parliament; this law must be implemented strictly. Only Supreme Court can decide regarding this issue.
It is wise not to divide country on the basis of caste and ethnic group but rather it can be divided based on the geography and political basis. There should be local government which is will plan and implement all the development project coordinating with central government. Each federal state should be lead by directly elected governor of the state and his/her tenure should be 3 or 4 years and governor can be sacked by parliament majority if he/she did some wrong doing.
The entire parliament member, Ministers, President and Prime Minister should have certain level of educational or academic background. At least 10+2 pass people can be MP and ministers, but to be president and prime minister, they must have at least bachelor level education. This must be clearly mentioned in the constitutions.
Major treaty with foreign country should be passing through referendum, so that directly people can participate to decide such big issue.
Nepali should be our official language, but we should recognize all the language like Tharu, Maitihili, Rai, Limbu, Bhojpuri, Tamang, Magar etc. There should be right to study in mother tongue and it should be implemented strictly. English should be a prime medium of language in school and university because this is 21st century global world, and English is the only language which is spoken all over the world.
Education should be fundamental rights of all people living in the country; it must be guarantee in new constitutions.
These are the things which I have seen flatly and I guess this issue should be resolve first in the constitutions. I don’t believe only in good constitution, constitution was not a problem of Nepal , our main problem is failure leadership and their ill motive to stay in government and always stay with the periphery of their cronies , cadres and blind followers.

Student Union at government aided colleges and universities in Nepal
Schools, Universities and collages are the temple for learning, we believe so. Most of influential scientist, engineers, doctors , politicians , professors , writers etc. are the outcome of schools or universities. So, how important schools and universities are? Schools and universities are peace zone and there should be peace and only the environment of study and learning as well as extra-curricular activities.
Most of the universities or collages around world have their own student union organization for the welfare and development of students and their leadership skills. It is quite necessary to unite student for the welfare and protect the rights of students. Democratic practices are needed to choose the student union team or leader , that's is quite democratic. But at the same time, If a student union is affiliated to some political parties or ideology and became the wings of political power of major parties then such a student union is not liable to say free student union and there will not be guarantee such student union can work fairly for the welfare of the students and protect the student's interest. The same thing is happening in Nepal. In Nepal , government aided university, specially Tribhuvan has established student union some 30 years ago. Since then every two years , SU election is going on and elect the leaders. Generally election to choose leaders is not a bad idea but problem is that student union are working like party and they are becoming main force of their mother parties , if mother parties needed to conduct strike, conflict with opponents and spread the sense of fear in the street. This is not a job of student union or students. Most of the political parties in Nepal have their own student organizations. These student organizations mainly work for their mother parties and their political campaign. That is so bad to say. Most of parties leaders , ministers were previous student leaders they entered main stream politics from student politics. Previous student leader became Prime Minister of Nepal, even that see the situation of Tribhuvan University now. What they did for university? Only promotion of politics and nothing else. In University, most of the student leaders are practicing the same kind of corrupted, indiscipline , without vision and clear idea for student welfare, violent and tussle with opponent such kind of politics is happening since long time in collages and universities. These student leaders may be tomorrow's leaders then how can we expect a good leading of our democracy, development and peace from these leaders.
In my view, student union role should be largely for the welfare of students. They should help to their fellow for developing careers, counseling , organizing educational and career fair , organizing entertainment programs , training programs or leadership training , arranging educational visit to different part of country as well as abroad , help to provide scholarship to genuine and needy students from collages or different organizations , award or honur very talented students and help them to find the scholarship programs or internship in a country or abroad ,help to search job and internship and counsel students about their career, and participate to build and design academic schedule , plan , activities working with the university board or council etc. Student union should help to create a complete environment for study. They should also work to provide student discount facility to public transportation, university or college cafeteria and also help to provide student housing or apartment with a affordable price . In Kathmandu , housing problem for students is severe. I, myself , had so much trouble to finding the good rented apartment or room to live. These should be the main job for elected leaders of student union. Everyone expect such kind of help from student union. But , they are only doing politics involving their mother party's political activities rather than involving student welfare and development. Students leaders are going more on their mother party work and giving more time and energy for that. Their main motive or intention to be a future country leaders and ministers, its not a bad but problem is that when they elected in the student union board , they should truly work to welfare of students and play their role as a student union leaders not only politics for their mother party. They should quite from their mother party for the period of student union term. There are so much problem in Tribhuvan University. University don't have modern updated academic programs courses . There are very bad laboratories and management of university resources are very poor. Teachers and professors are also not that much trained to teach the students. There are not any research activities and funding for it. There are so much problems and the outcome that is graduated students don't have any career idea like in Which field and what can they do? There is lack of practical and technical education which is quite important for country and demanding this time. Students leaders and their union only do think and raised voice about this to the concern place. That's why , I want to suggest to all students , just not go behind such tread and politics. We have to think now and develop our educational institutions as a center of learning , truly learning and research.

Love
Three passions have governed my life:
The longings for love, the search for knowledge,
And unbearable pity for the suffering of [humankind].
The longings for love, the search for knowledge,
And unbearable pity for the suffering of [humankind].
Love brings ecstasy and relieves loneliness.
In the union of love I have seen
In a mystic miniature the prefiguring vision
Of the heavens that saints and poets have imagined.
With equal passion I have sought knowledge.
I have wished to understand the hearts of [people].
I have wished to know why the stars shine.
Love and knowledge led upwards to the heavens,
But always pity brought me back to earth;
Cries of pain reverberated in my heart
Of children in famine, of victims tortured
And of old people left helpless.
I long to alleviate the evil, but I cannot,
And I too suffer.
This has been my life; I found it worth living.
A Poem by Bertrand Russel.

Finland , In my perspective
Finland is a country in northern Europe with around 5.2 million population. Due to its geographic location , it is cold country. Finland was initially under the Swedish rule and later on Russian empire took from Swedish and rule till 1917. Finnish is a major language but Finnish and Swedish are the official language , 6 % percentage people speaks Swedish. Finland is a social democratic country and its politics and political parties only work for the welfare of its people and its always guided by welfare state.
I am living Finland since 2006 September. I came here to study my Master degree. I choose Finland because I heard it is a technologically advance , and education is one of the excellent in the world as well as free education to all. Now, I can say it is true what I heard in Nepal about Finland regarding the education, technology , research etc. I learn so many things from this country. People are very positive , kind and calm . Every one have respect here , no matter where are you from , what is your age like child ,young , old whatever, how you look like , what is your job or work , all can live with their dignity. No one comes to disturb you and say something bad. Finnish people seems very calm and don't talk much with foreigners still I don't have any bad feeling comes in my mind about this kind of Finnish way. It is up to you and your desire whether you talked or not. In my view , Finnish people don't have much topic to talk , they are just work for good and live their lives and try to do something new for their society , country and the world. In other countries , people seems much talkative because there will many topics to talk ranging from talking much more about politics, talking what is his/her neighbor doing, who is going to marriage in a society, who is doing what , religious matter blah blah blah..But Finnish people don't have that kind of nature to talk about such kind of broad things. Sometimes , they talk about climate and their own daily business. Therefore , they don't talk much.
Technology is a part of Finnish society, they love technology and use as much as they can. Therefore , they have sound service everywhere. Finnish education institutions and companies focus more to develop the new technology and invest more in research and development. Government is always supportive to those who wants to do something. Finland has very technologically sophisticated educational and research institutions , all universities and polytechnics have good education and latest , modern academic programs. That is very strong aspect of Finland in terms of technology and education. Due to its good education , technology development is possible here. I really impress from the Finnish recycle of garbage , they are using its for making power that is quite essential this modern era. Due to its recycle , Finland is very clean everywhere you can not see any dirty stuff.
People always follow the rules and regulations. It is a culture here. There is very less corruption , wherever we go they will provide you a service with established rules and regulations within a minute. People always conscious what he/she should not do and how to not make affect anyone. This is a very good aspect of Finland. No one scold children , never and people are very active from the childhood. They always guided by love , respect and not to harm or disturb others. Therefore, Finnish people are always different with other countries people. Democracy, welfare, respect, freedom, technology, calm and service is a characteristics of this Finnish society. Everything is well organized and well management and rules and regulations , it shows Finland a nice country to live. There is very less crimes. So , any one can live without fear. People have very open mind. Suppose, If one girl she is pregnant or something like that then she can not go to university , or college in Nepal or India ..may be same to other country, because everyone look at her and talk about her or tease her etc. and they think always in negative way. But here in Finland , it does not matter, no one say anything or even No one look at her or tease. There is no more class in a society. All are financially , socially equal.
Still, there is some bad aspects of Finland, but it is not that much bad , still bad is bad. Finland is very expensive country. I am not sure but may be due to high tax and tax policy, high living standard, technology , everything is expensive. If someone don't have enough money to live , then Finland seems horrible. Because everything is expensive. Due to its welfare state and society, some people works so hard , earn money and pay more tax. On the other hand , some people work not that much , and pay less tax or don't work at all but got same financial support from government. Some people they don't work at all and only depend on government support and spend funds from government not in constructive things rather drinking , going out etc etc. To some extend , welfare state may make its citizen to dependent. So, Finnish government should be aware this fact. I think so. It is very nice idea of welfare state with very good retirement pension or health service , education etc. But It should be check in some point for not to allow government funding for just be unproductive or useless.
Still, the country like Nepal , can learn so much things from this country regarding education, research and development , way of people's thinking and act, society , etc.

Academic institutions in Nepal!!!
Nepal is underdeveloped country. Nepal is really far behind its education system. Due to acute politicalization, lack of strict disciplines and abiding rules and regulations by professors , teachers ,parents and students our education and educational institutions are center of anarchy, political junction, place of gossiping and time pass for youth etc. Its really bad to say these things but it is really true. There is no any activity of academic, research and scientific and educational fun rather there much more politics, gossiping, discussion of political matters and creation of hooliganism etc. Government colleges are sharp hit by politics, lack of discipline and very less academic and research activities. In the other hand, there are many private schools, colleges, but these private collages are more business oriented and earning money. They don't have good plan and policy to make a quality and practical education, the promoter of private colleges don't have any good academic idea, welfare of students rather they only know to earn money and making unhealthy competition among schools to attract more students. Most of promoters of private schools don't have good academic status, knowledge and qualification. They are just investing money with partnership with other colleagues to just employ themselves and making money. 10+2 schools and universities affiliated colleges don't have good policy ,purpose and plan to really provide good, quality, more practical and demanding educations. 10+2 schools are doing business, creating unhealthy competition and earning more money, producing many indiscipline students, creating fashions in the name of school uniform. Inside 10+2 schools, there will not be environment for study, they just teach students to pass the exam and score good marks that are it. Private schools and colleges don't provide facility as per their high tuition fees. They don't have good and trained teachers and teaching style. If we visit these 10+2 colleges mainly in Katmandu we really know the bad environment. Few colleges have good example, but most of colleges and schools they are only doing good business. No more academic achievement. I my self most of time to private schools and colleges and I know the situation very well. Our parents also don't care these things, government only do politics and only thinking how to protect his government. They don't have time to formulate strict policy and implement. There should be strict policy to grant open the license of private schools. The founders should have solid academic experience, education and standard infrastructure that should meet them before granting license. Location of the schools and colleges also should be considered. All the schools and colleges should have unique vision and plan to education the students. Discipline is the key to everything and that is really lack in Nepal. Government should have strong body to govern these private educational institutions; At least they can monitor tuition fee the schools charged and spending as per the chares to the development of the students. Each private school should have at least minimum number of full time teachers; it should a rule before granting licenses. Parents should be more careful about what kind of educations their children are getting. Parents should not only look their student’s marks and grade but should test discipline, moral and dedication and desire to do something for family, society and country. Each private or government schools and colleges should use technology like computer, internet in education. There should be strict rules and regulation that everyone teachers, students must follow. And the evaluation system must be much stricter and evaluation of exam and project should be checked some standard tools to avoid plagiarism and wrong doing. It’s quite easy due to internet and communication technology to do plagiarism. But single effort can not help to develop education institutions and education in Nepal. All the concerned should have at least minimum effort to do something good. Education is the backbone of every country to the development, so every one, government, parents, students should be aware about this fact.
