My deep condolence to the victims of Kauhajoki School Shooting in Finland

Finland is one of the peace and safe country to live, I still strongly believe on this reality though there was recently one fearful and deadly school shooting happened and that took 10 innocent lives. It was a so horrible day for this peace and civilized country. The similar and same nature school shooting was also happened last year November 2007 in Tuusula near Helsinki and took 9 lives of innocent students. There should be a grave and necessary investigation, research and some measure to prevent such happenings in the coming future. Why young people are getting influence and fascinated by such kind of violence thinking and frustration? I think, There should be some kind of research is needed for not to happen such incident in future. In my opinion as a well-wisher of Finland and Finnish people that gun law should not be so much liberal, it’s true that Finland has a long tradition of hunting and gun ownership is common here. But there should be some measure to gun law not to allow to use for violence and unnecessary activity or game, and it should not be so much liberal to young people, mainly, teenagers. Psychology condition, age, responsibility and necessity of gun can be a base to grant licenses to the gun ownership. Now, I deeply pray my condolence to those who lost their lives on this shooting and may their soul rest in a peace

Some suggestions to Dr.Bhattarai for Upcoming budget.

Only political change is not a people demand, we need revolution on economy also; that people want to see from current Maoist led government. Now, Prachanda and Baburam are the leaders, on whose leadership we expect and believe the revolution on economy of the country. In the past, Lack of influential, far-sighted, visionary leadership, Corruption, delay, carelessness, mismanagement, unfair, over politicition and lack of strong desire to do something in government, government officers and staff was the main obstacle for the development of the country. Nepal needs a phase wise plan and its strict implementation and good result that are very necessary to develop the nation. Water resources, Tourism, Agriculture, herbs, Information technology, woolen and garment can be a major economic pivotal in Nepal. So, we need to do research and formulate plan and policy to develop these fields. I hope Dr. Babaram Bhattarai already have some idea to manipulate our resources as mention above. I am Information Technology student and IT is the major global economic sector now. It’s growing everywhere. ICT sector can play a major economic role for the economic development of the country. India is achieving great economic success in IT. Outsourcing, software development, ICT service generation and production of IT skills man power are the main success story of Indian IT development. We can also develop ICT sector in Nepal. We have many IT graduates from domestic universities as well as from abroad. Many Nepali students have good programming skill that is very important also. We just need a leadership , policy, infrastructure, encourage and support financially from government , if government do so, then I hope there will be more investment on this sector and more companies will be established with a confident of success. We should talk about the revolution on IT also. Dr. Bhattrai should have planned to make initiative for the revolution on ICT sector. IT can be a major sector for economic activity because of more jobs and demanding around the world. This is 21st century ICT driven world. It will be worthless if we only talk about the agriculture revolution or something like this. We should think and plan about the revolution on IT and it is 21st century. Nepal also can do a lot in the field of Information Technology, Nepali youth are very interested to make career in the field of IT and there will more jobs in this field. The use and application of IT is huge and diverse also, we can not industrlized the country until we develop IT because most of modern technology on industry is based on IT. I hope Dr. Bhattrai have a good vision to develop the IT sector. We always support if there is good initiative from government. Government should have policy to return back home those talented youth who are living and working in abroad. So, all people will help to effort of development of the country. I hope New budget will show the bright future of Nepal.
