Nepal is underdeveloped country. Nepal is really far behind its education system. Due to acute politicalization, lack of strict disciplines and abiding rules and regulations by professors , teachers ,parents and students our education and educational institutions are center of anarchy, political junction, place of gossiping and time pass for youth etc. Its really bad to say these things but it is really true. There is no any activity of academic, research and scientific and educational fun rather there much more politics, gossiping, discussion of political matters and creation of hooliganism etc. Government colleges are sharp hit by politics, lack of discipline and very less academic and research activities. In the other hand, there are many private schools, colleges, but these private collages are more business oriented and earning money. They don't have good plan and policy to make a quality and practical education, the promoter of private colleges don't have any good academic idea, welfare of students rather they only know to earn money and making unhealthy competition among schools to attract more students. Most of promoters of private schools don't have good academic status, knowledge and qualification. They are just investing money with partnership with other colleagues to just employ themselves and making money. 10+2 schools and universities affiliated colleges don't have good policy ,purpose and plan to really provide good, quality, more practical and demanding educations. 10+2 schools are doing business, creating unhealthy competition and earning more money, producing many indiscipline students, creating fashions in the name of school uniform. Inside 10+2 schools, there will not be environment for study, they just teach students to pass the exam and score good marks that are it. Private schools and colleges don't provide facility as per their high tuition fees. They don't have good and trained teachers and teaching style. If we visit these 10+2 colleges mainly in Katmandu we really know the bad environment. Few colleges have good example, but most of colleges and schools they are only doing good business. No more academic achievement. I my self most of time to private schools and colleges and I know the situation very well. Our parents also don't care these things, government only do politics and only thinking how to protect his government. They don't have time to formulate strict policy and implement. There should be strict policy to grant open the license of private schools. The founders should have solid academic experience, education and standard infrastructure that should meet them before granting license. Location of the schools and colleges also should be considered. All the schools and colleges should have unique vision and plan to education the students. Discipline is the key to everything and that is really lack in Nepal. Government should have strong body to govern these private educational institutions; At least they can monitor tuition fee the schools charged and spending as per the chares to the development of the students. Each private school should have at least minimum number of full time teachers; it should a rule before granting licenses. Parents should be more careful about what kind of educations their children are getting. Parents should not only look their student’s marks and grade but should test discipline, moral and dedication and desire to do something for family, society and country. Each private or government schools and colleges should use technology like computer, internet in education. There should be strict rules and regulation that everyone teachers, students must follow. And the evaluation system must be much stricter and evaluation of exam and project should be checked some standard tools to avoid plagiarism and wrong doing. It’s quite easy due to internet and communication technology to do plagiarism. But single effort can not help to develop education institutions and education in Nepal. All the concerned should have at least minimum effort to do something good. Education is the backbone of every country to the development, so every one, government, parents, students should be aware about this fact.
